Cancellation Policy

 NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER,

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the date of tour start will be subject to the following a Rs.5,000/- per person cancellation fee.

Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of 25% tour cost

45-30 days – 50 % of the tour cost

30-20 days- 75% of tour cost

within 20 days- 100% of tour cost.

No exception to this policy can be made for any reason.

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

Cancellation after guarantee would attract cancellation charges, No Refund for Last minute cancellations/ unutilized services/ natural calamities/ flight cancellation or postpone/ No show. We recommend to opt for travel insurance.

Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.

 In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 15% of total cost of package.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc.  (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot).

Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.

** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.

If the hotel policy doesn’t allow Refund then we will try our best to get a flexible time period in which enjoy your stay
