Day 1 a. Begin your first day by reaching Hanuman Chatti, which is the base camp of Gulabi Kantha Trek. Hanuman Chatti is the starting point of more than seven to eight treks like Fachu Kandi pass, Bali pass trek, etc., and it is also an important part of Char- Dham. b. You’ll be briefed about the logistics and other important details of the trek, beforehand. You can also visit the Holy Shrine Yamunotri Temple at your own expense after the trek. The temple is five kilometres away from Janki Chatti, and it remains open in April-May and closes in October-November. c. After that, you’ll have organic dinner, and you can enjoy the bonfire. You can also exchange funny and meaningful conversations with your travel buddies to make your trip even more memorable.
Day 2 a. Begin your second day of Gulabi Kantha Trek by having a scrumptious breakfast and then pack your bag to Trek to Seema Thatch, which is a ten-kilometre long trek. You’ll trek through the thick carpet of pine and maple leaves and dense forests, and you’ll get a chance to witness the beauty of nature during the expedition. b. Once you reach Kandola (2:00 pm), you’ll be served lunch. After having your lunch, you’ll continue your journey, and you’ll reach Seema thatch at 4:00 pm. You’ll check into your luxurious tents, and you’ll be served tea with snacks. You’ll also get a chance to enjoy the sunset, and you’ll have dinner at 7 pm.
Day 3 a. On the third day of the tour, you’ll have your breakfast, and you’ll move towards Gulabi Kantha (at 8:00 am), which is a five-kilometre long trek. Once you reach Gulabi Kantha (around 1 pm), you’ll be served packed lunch. You can explore the region and enjoy the breathtaking view of snow-clad mountain ranges such as Kalindi srikala, Bandar Poonch peak, Chaukhamba peaks, and Shivalik mountains. b. You can also click beautiful pictures if you’re carrying your photo gear to register the memories of this expedition forever in your memory lane. Your operator will also tell you about the ancient tales of Indian mythology and how the locals live their life in such tough conditions over here. After having the tea, you’ll have to assemble at the Seema thatch camp area to have dinner with local wine.
Day 4 a. You’ll move from Seema thatch to Hanuman Chatti after having your breakfast on the fourth day of Gulabi Kantha Trek. Delectable lunch will be served to you at around 1 pm, and then you’ll reach Hanuman Chatti, which is the base camp of this trek, at 4:00 pm. b. You can share the experience of your expedition with your fellow group members and the management, and if you have any pieces of advice, you can let your operator know. You’ll have dinner at around 7 pm, and you’ll enjoy the bonfire and soothing music.
Day 5 a. On the fifth day of Gulabi Kantha Trek, you’ll depart to Dehradun from Hanuman Chatti, taking back lovely memories of the trip. You’ll then be dropped by our team at the railway station from where you’ll board the train and return back to your hometown. The memories of this trip will remain deeply imprinted in your memory lane forever.
