DAY 02 IN SRINAGAR – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING After breakfast leave for full day Sightseeing of Srinagar City Morning visit to Shankaracharya Temple at the Hill side the later visit Mughal Gardens "Nishat" (The Garden of Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of All), Including Parimal & Cheshmashi Gardens. Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard On return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty silken carpets, shawls, jewellery ornaments. Also visit Shankaracharya Temple. Overnight at the Hotel in Srinagar. (Lunch can be done at any Local Restaurant during Sightseeing).
DAY 03 IN SRINAGAR (DAY TRIP TO SONAMARG) After breakfast at your ease leave for full day trip to Sonamarg, Evening return to Srinagar for Over Night stay. Sonamarg (85 kms from Srinagar) lies enroute Srinagar - Leh route and renowned for Thajiwas Glacier and riverside character. Nature Walks, viewpoints and riverside character with Himalayan backdrop of the area makes it a picture perfect destination. Snow experience is available at Thajiwas Glacier all through April – Sept
DAY 04 SRINAGAR – PAHALGAM (86KM, 3-4 hrs drive one way) Transfers from Srinagar to Pahalgam called as “Valley of Shepherds. En-route visiting the Awantipura Ruins of 9th Century & Mattan Temple Complex. On arrival check in at Hotel. In Pahalgam, Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.
DAY 05 IN PAHALGAM In Pahalgam. Day free to explore surrounding on own. Overnight stay at hotel. One can Hire Local vehicle for Aru / Betaab valley & Chandanwari trip in Pahalgam or we can arrange the same on an Extra Charge of INR 2200 - 2500 per NAC Vehicle. (A time bound Service)
DAY 06 PAHALGAM – GULMARG (156KM, 4-5 Hrs Drive one way) After breakfast, transfer towards Gulmarg, called as “Meadow of Flowers” Gulmarg is 150 Kms from Pahalgam at an altitude of 8700-ft. Gulmarg also referred as Meadow of Flowers is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time. Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Ride – OPTIONAL (Gondola) Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.
