Day 02: Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) back to hotel. Day 03: Darjeeling - Kalimpong - Local Sightseeing (77 Kms. / 6½ Hrs.) After breakfast, transfer to Kalimpong (4,091 Ft. / 55 Kms. / 2½ Hrs.). On arrival check-in to your hotel. Afternoon enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong visiting Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills and Pine View Nursery (Sunday closed). Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Day 04: Excursion to Lava (32 Kms. / 1½ Hrs. one-way) After breakfast, start for full day excursion to Lava (7,200 ft). The route to Lava is scenic with the change in vegetation from tropical deciduous to the wet alpine trees. Lava is known for the magnificent view of Mount Kanchenjunga. You can visit Lava Monastery, Forest Nursery and Nature Interpretation Centre or to go to the viewpoint. Evening back to Kalimpong. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Day 05: Kalimpong - Gangtok - Half day Local Sightseeing (108 Kms. / 7 Hrs.) After breakfast, transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft. / 78 Kms. / 3 Hrs.). On arrival, check-in to your hotel. After that half day Gangtok city tour visiting Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre (Closed on Sunday and 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month), Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery and Banjakhri Falls (maximum 3-4 hours). Day 06: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (53 Kms. / 3 Hrs. one-way) After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake).
